The method comprises steps of carrying out ange-direction matchedfiltering, consistent acceleration compensation and front-view approximation processing on echo signals; eliminating the spectral ambiguity problem caused by beam scanning through a two-stage filter;for the regularized two-dimensional wave number spectrum, performing azimuth resampling processing on the azimuth phase in a wave number domain; constructing a consistent compression function to carry out azimuth consistent compression operation, and carrying out dimensionality reduction stolt interpolation processing and dechirping operation on an azimuth phase to focus the azimuth phase in an azimuth wave number domain.
