Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a cotton fabric dyeing and finishing process, and belongs to the technical field of dyeing and finishing processes. The cotton fabric dyeing and finishing process specificallycomprises the following process steps that S1, enzyme scouring is conducted, specifically, a cotton fabric is scoured by using a compound enzyme scouring agent to obtain a scoured gray fabric; S2, antibacterial treatment is conducted, specifically, antibacterial finishing is conducted on the scoured gray cloth obtained in the step S1 by utilizing an antibacterial finishing agent to obtain antibacterial gray cloth; S3, dyeing is conducted, specifically, the antibacterial gray fabric obtained in the step S2 is taken and dyed with a dyeing solution to obtain a dyed gray fabric; and S4, after-finish is conducted, specifically, the dyed gray cloth obtained in the step S3 is taken for subsequent treatment so as to obtain finished gray cloth, wherein the compound enzyme scouring agent used in the step S1 is prepared fro
