Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an environment-friendly energy-saving easy-to-polish LED light-cured primer for roller coating of woodware. The primer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts byweight: 60-80 parts of urethane acrylate, 40-60 parts of acrylate, 20-30 parts of water, 15-20 parts of a leveling agent, 10-15 parts of a photoinitiator, 30-40 parts of a nanoscale filler, 20-25 parts of an active diluent, 10-15 parts of a polyurethane adhesive, 10-15 parts of a fast-curing acrylate structural adhesive, 20-25 parts of zinc stearate and 5-10 parts of a thickening agent. Accordingto the invention, the photoinitiator can initiate the cross-linking curing of the polymer so as to allow the primer to form a dry paint film; the reactive diluent is adopted to reduce the hydrolysis problem of the primer and increase the curing degree of the dry paint film, so polishing by a user is facilitated; and the primer has characteristics of rapid curing speed, low cost, environmental protection, safety, and low VO |
