The preparation method of the catalyst comprises the following steps: reacting 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride, concentrated sulfuric acid, iodine and bromine to obtain bay brominated PTCDI (PTCDI-Br), calcining melamine at high temperature to obtain g-C3N4 nanosheets, and carrying out self-assembly on PTCDI-Br and g-C3N4 to obtain the composite material g-C3N4/PTCDI-Br.
