The method comprises the steps: obtaining operation data of a current secondary power grid and first weather data of each secondary power grid in the future n time periods from a database; inputting the current secondary power grid operation data and the first weather data of each secondary power grid into a pre-constructed electrical load prediction model, and calculating first electrical load data of each secondary power grid in the future n time periods; and inputting the first electrical load data of each secondary power grid into a pre-built power grid scheduling model, obtaining a power grid control action instruction, and performing corresponding power grid scheduling control on a main power grid accordingto the power grid control action instruction.
