The ultra-small-molecular-weight sodium hyaluronate is prepared from sodium hyaluronate with common molecular weight by using hyaluronidase.The process comprises the following steps of carrying out enzymolysis, purifying (plate frame filtration and membrane filtration), concentrating and drying (spray drying). The ultra-small-molecular-weight sodium hyaluronate has the molecular weight of about 600 Da, is a mixture of disaccharide to hexaose, has the advantages of good overall purity, few impurities and convenience in use, and has thebiological activities of p
