Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an efficient genome editing vector based on a CRISPR-SaCas9 system and application of the efficient genome editing vector, and belongs to the field of plant genetic engineering.The invention also provides a method for introducing the efficient genome editing vector into rice cells. The efficient genome editing vector comprises a first expression cassette and an optional second expression cassette, wherein the first expression cassette is an sgRNA expression cassette, and the second expression cassette is an SaCas9-NLS fusion protein expression cassette.
