Method for constructing infected animal model by using coxsackie A2 virus strain and application of infected animal model

The invention discloses a method for constructing an infected animal model by using a coxsackie A2 virus (CVA2) strain. The method is used for successfully constructing the infected animal model of the CVA2 virus strain by culturing the CVA2 virus strain and optimizing related parameters of the infected animal model of the CVA2 virus strain. The animal model can show nervous system symptoms such as sleepiness, coma, ataxia and limb paralysis and the like similar to human infection, and successfully simulates most symptoms of human diseases. The invention also discloses application of the CVA2virus strain infected animal model constructed by the method in evaluation of CVA2 virus vaccines and antiviral drugs. The animal model can be used for evaluating the immune protection effect of antiviral serum passive immunization, maternal antibody and inactivated totivirus vaccine active immunization on newborn mice.
