Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a carbon nanodot with free radical scavenging capacity and a preparation method thereof. The particle size of the carbon nanodots is 2-8nm, and the surfaces of the carbon nanodots contain amino and hydroxyl functional groups. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) taking lycorine hydrochloride and amino-containing small molecules as raw materials, and dissolving the raw materials to obtain a mixed solution; (2) putting the mixed solution into a reaction kettle for reaction; and (3) after the reaction, dialyzing the reaction solution, and drying to obtain the carbon nanodots with the free radical scavenging capacity. The internal carbon core of the carbon nanodot has an aromatic ring structure, active functional groups hydroxyl and amido on the surface of the carbon nanodot have the capability of capturing and scavenging free radicals, the scavenging activity of the free radicals is high, the scavenging rate of the free radicals can reach 85% or above within 5 minutes |
