Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses LPAR1 for coordinating ciliogenesis and neurogenesis in a cortex development process. The invention provides an application of LPAR1 protein or a related biological material thereof in any one of the following aspects of coordinating ciliogenesis and/or neurogenesis in the cortex development process; and preparing a product for coordinating ciliogenesis and/or neurogenesisin the cortex development process, wherein the related biological material is a nucleic acid molecule capable of expressing the LPAR1 protein or an expression cassette, a recombinant vector, a recombinant bacterium or a transgenic cell line containing the nucleic acid molecule. Research finds that LPAR1 is crucial to normal occurrence of cilia on mouse RG cells, VZ/SVZ generation and new cortex formation.
