By adopting the magnetic solid-phase extraction technology ofthe multiwalled carbon nanotubes, the method has the advantages of wide application range, rapidness, simplicity, convenience, high recovery rate, good separation effect, reusability of the adsorbentand the like. 本发明公开了一种分离富集植物油中黄曲霉毒素的方法,主要是将植物油与易溶黄曲霉毒素的萃取剂混合后,加入磁性吸附剂MWCNTs-Fe3O4纳米颗粒进行振荡吸附,然后用磁铁吸附磁性吸附剂。本发明通过采用多壁碳纳米管的磁性固相萃取技术,具有适用范围广、快速简便、回收率高、分离效果好、吸附剂可以重复使用等优点。
