The invention discloses a display panel. The display panel comprises multiple drive circuits, multiple data lines and a pulse width modulation (PWM) circuit. The multi-drive circuit is used for rectifying a plurality of alternating-current voltage components correspondingly located in a plurality of voltage intervals in the sine-wave voltage signal so as to convert the alternating-current voltagecomponents into a plurality of data signals with the same amplitude direction. Wherein the total sum of the wave widths of all the data signals is positively related to the time sum of the sine wave voltage signals located in the corresponding one of the voltage intervals; the plurality of data lines are respectively coupled to the plurality of pixel circuits; the pulse width modulation circuit iscoupled with the multiple drive circuits and the data lines and used for charging or discharging the data lines, and the pulse width modulation circuit is used for receiving the data signals and determining the charging time
