A semiconductor device according to an embodiment includes a holding circuit including a control circuit that determines an operation of a threshold, and a wireless communication circuit. The holding circuit includes a buffer and a stress counter. The buffer is configured to obtain thermal stress information having a temperature dependence for each predetermined period of time, and the stress counter is configured to accumulate the thermal stress information and maintain an accumulated value asan accumulated stress count value.
