The method comprises the steps: enabling the magnetometer to work in a transverse parameter resonance mode, enabling a phase difference between z-direction spin polarization change caused by an x-direction magnetic field and z-direction spin polarization change caused by a y-direction magnetic field to be just 90 degrees, demodulating a signal at a radio frequency magnetic field frequency by utilizing a lock-in amplifier, and obtaining magnetic fields in the x direction and the y direction from an in-phase channel and an out-phase channel of the lock-in amplifier; according to the measurement of the magnetic field in the z direction of the pump light, the SERF magnetometer works in an Mz resonance mode at the same time by utilizing a circular polarization radio frequency magnetic field of an x-y plane, the working point of the magnetometer is located at the posi
