The method comprises steps of determining an influence factor of a pressure value of the SF6 density relay; acquiring historical pressure data of the SF6 density relay and information corresponding to influence factors at the same time to forma data set; training based on the data set to obtain a prediction analysis model; acquiring an image of a dial of the SF6 density relay, positioning and correcting the dial in the image so as to acquire pressure data of the SF6 density relay, and acquiring information corresponding to influence factors at the same time; and inputting the pressure data of the SF6 density relay and the informationcorresponding to the influence factors at the same time into a prediction analysis model to predict whether the SF6 density relay leaks gas or not.
