The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the operation data and state data ofan AGV, and building a data model according to the obtained data; calculating the shortest driving route of the AGV according to the current position and the final position of the AGV; according to the data model and the operation task, obtaining the occupation time and the release time of each route, and forming a time sequence table; and enabling the AGV to operate according to the shortest driving route and the time sequence table, dynamically updating the time sequence table according to the current operating state and operating time, and evaluating and/or adjusting the route of the AGV according to the updated time sequence table.
