Zusammenfassung:The invention provides application of an arabidopsis thaliana TIR2 gene in improving salt stress resistance of plants. Interaction protein of the TIR2 gene comprises IAA4 and IAA8; an overexpression vector of the arabidopsis thaliana TIR2 gene is obtained through a genetic engineering technology in the invention; an overexpression strain of arabidopsis thaliana is obtained accordingly; an arabidopsis thaliana TIR2 gene overexpression homozygous strain is finally obtained after screening; the arabidopsis thaliana TIR2 gene overexpression homozygous strain is salt-tolerant and has good plant salt stress resistance; the seed germination rate and the cotyledon expansion rate can be increased; the seed germination and cotyledon expansion time can be shortened; and furthermore, the length of theroot system of an adult plant seedling can be increased.
