Theanti-seepage asphalt concrete ultra-thin wear-resistant surface layer is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: 55-60 parts of matrix asphalt, 10-15 parts of fine aggregate, 8-13 parts of wear-resistant powder and 1-3 parts of modified fibers; wherein the modified fibers comprise porous fibers and basalt fibers which are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 1.
