Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides application and a preparation method of a fusiform nanosheet Al-MOF fluorescent probe material. The lowest detection limits of the fusiform nanosheet Al-MOF fluorescent probe material on NFT, NFZ and FZD are respectively 0.530 [mu]M, 0.838 [mu]M and 0.583 [mu]M. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, dissolving (0.2-0.4) g of urea in (2-8) mL of water to obtain a urea solution; 2, pouring (0.2-0.8) g of AlCl3. 6H2O into (10-20) mL of H2O, stirring, firstly adding (0.4-0.6) g of NH2BDC in the stirring process, waiting for 20-40 min, then adding the ureasolution obtained in step 1, and continuously stirring for 25-40 min to obtain a mixed solution; 3, transferring the mixed solution to a reaction container, carrying out a solvothermal reaction, and cooling to obtain a reaction product; and 4, washing, centrifuging and drying the reaction product into solid powder to obtain the target product fusiform nanosheet Al-MOF fluorescent probe material.
