Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a CYP2D6 gene typing detection kit. The detection kit comprises a CYP2D6 * 10 detection primer, a CYP2D6 * 10 probe, a reference gene ALB detection primer and a reference geneALB probe. According to the detection kit, two types, CYP2D6 * 10 and CYP2D6 * 5 can be distinguished by utilizing amplification of two genes including CYP2D6 and an internal reference (ALB). A new way for simple judgment is provided for clinical medication guidance. 本发明涉及一种CYP2D6基因分型检测试剂盒，该检测试剂盒包括CYP2D610的检测引物和探针，以及内参基因ALB的检测引物和探针。本发明利用CYP2D6和内参(ALB)两个基因的扩增即可区分CYP2D610和CYP2D6*5两种型别。为临床用药指导提供了一个简捷判断的新途径。
