Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a radioactive glass microsphere which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mole: 10-30% of oxide of yttrium, 35-70% of oxide of silicon, 0-25% of carbonateof strontium, 0-40% of any one of oxide of manganese and oxide of potassium, 0-25% of oxide of praseodymium, 0-25% of oxide of cesium, 0-25% of oxide of zirconium and 0-25% of oxide of tantalum. 10-30% of oxide of yttrium contained in the radioactive glass microsphere can release a certain dose of radioactive element yttrium-90 after being activated in vivo so as to provide higher radiation energy, and the radioactive glass microsphere has lower density of 2-3.7 g/cm , is composed of inorganic matter, has non-contractibility and non-transmissive linearity, and smooth conveying to a tumor part in vivo and uniform distribution at the tumor part are facilitated, so that CT scanning, fluoroscopy and X-ray imaging can be applied to visuality guidance in the conveying process.
