The Bi12SiO20-Bi2O2SiO3-dopamine (BSO-DA.HCl) powder material is successfully prepared by taking bismuth nitrate as a bismuth source and tetraethoxysilane as a silicon source and adopting a sol-gel method, and meanwhile, the problem that photo-induced electrons of the Bi12SiO20-Bi2O2SiO3 photocatalyst are easily compounded with photo-induced holes is effectively improved by utilizing the synergistic photocatalysis of doubleheterojunctions. The method is simple in process, short in period, simple in equipment and low in cost, and the obtained composite material shows high photocatalytic performance. 本发明公开了一种Bi12SiO20-Bi2O2SiO3-多巴胺(BSO-DA·HCl)光催化剂及其制备方法。以硝酸铋为铋源,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,采用溶胶-凝胶法成功制备了Bi12SiO20-Bi2O2SiO3-多巴胺(BSO-DA·HCl)粉体材料,同时利用双异质结的协同光催化作用,有效改善了Bi12SiO20-Bi2O2SiO3光催化剂光生电子容易与光生空穴复合的问题。该方法工艺简单、周期短、设备简单、成本低廉,所得复合材料表现出高的光催化性能。
