The invention discloses a sterile feeding box which comprises a feeding box body. A plurality of sub-box cavities are formed in the feeding box body, every two adjacent sub-box cavities are communicated through a sealing transfer door capable of being opened and closed, and each sub-box cavity is provided with an operation glove capable of stretching into the corresponding sub-box cavity, an excrement storage box capable of being drawn out, an oxygen inlet and an oxygen outlet; at least one disinfection cylinder is arranged on each sub-box cavity, each disinfection cylinder comprises a cylinder body with two hollow ends, and the two ends of each cylinder body are respectively provided with a sealing door capable of being opened and closed, wherein one sealing door is positioned in the sub-box cavity, and the other sealing door is positioned outside the sub-box cavity; and an oxygen supply spray head and a disinfection spray head are arranged on each cylinder body.
