The end screen leading-out device comprises a sleeve flange and a sleeve end screen, an opening is formed in the sleeve flange, the end screen leading-out device further comprises a tap insulator, the tap insulator is fixed to the opening, a lead is connected between the tap insulator and the sleeve end screen, and a tap protective cover is further arranged on the sleeve flange.
