Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an MBD-based numerical control machining process model creation and labeling method, which comprises the steps of starting three-dimensional software, and selecting a reverse flexible modeling or forward process family table mode to create a three-dimensional process model according to part features; and adding a three-dimensional label and NC origin information to the three-dimensional process model, and outputting a three-dimensional operation guidance card. Aiming at a creation mode and the annotation mode of a process model in the numerical control machining processand a related display mode on the workshop operation guidance card, the creation principle and the content items of the process model are perfected, and the three-dimensional annotation combined viewdisplay mode of the process model based on MBD is specifically displayed. A processing method capable of combining multiple modes is provided for parts with complex characteristics.
