The prediction method comprises the steps that S1, assembling a process chain; S2, matching the process chain with process chain templates in a process chain template library, and recording the matching degree of each process chain template; S3, setting a matching degree threshold value, and adjusting the type of the process chain template in the process chain template library by comparing the recorded matching degree with the set matching degree threshold value; S4, verifying a process chain template in the process chain template library, and determining whether the process chain template can be used as a prediction process chain during process creation according to a verification result; and S5, recommending the prediction process chain to the user during process creation, wherein the user determines whether to create a new process task or directly use the recommended prediction process chain as required.
