According to the scheme, iron yoke loss calculation is carried out by establishing a magnetic flux instantaneous equation set, establishing a target function and applying solving methods such as loop iteration, linear interpolation and Fourier series decomposition; finite element magnetic field numerical calculation is adopted to obtain electric reactor magnetic field distribution, a preset data processing program is used for achieving data collection and processing, finally, the loss of each iron core cake is obtained, then the total loss of the electric reactor iron core is obtained through calculation, and reliable calculation of the iron core loss of the electric reactor is achieved.
本发明提供一种电抗器铁心损耗计算方法和装置,方案通过搭建磁通瞬时方程组、建立目标函数,运用循环迭代、线性插值、傅里叶级数分解等求解方法进行铁轭损耗计算;采用有限元磁场数值计算,得到电抗器磁场分布,并运用预设的数据处理程序实现数据采集及处理,最终求得各个铁心饼损耗,进而计算得到电抗器铁心总损耗,实现了电抗器的铁心损耗的可靠计算。 |
