Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of reflecting films, in particular to a reflecting film for a thin direct type liquid crystal display device and a preparation method of the reflecting film. The reflecting film comprises a layer B and a layer A, wherein the layer A and the layer B are of an ABA overlapping structure or a BA overlapping structure; and the surface gloss of the layer A at an angleof 85 degrees is between 0 and 20. The reflecting film provided by the invention has 85-degree low surface gloss and high reflectivity, and has the advantages of simple process, low cost and good comprehensive performance compared with a coating type reflective film. 本发明涉及反射膜领域，尤其涉及一种用于薄型直下式液晶显示装置的反射膜及其制备方法，所述反射膜包括B层以及A层，所述A层与B层呈ABA叠加结构或者BA叠加结构；其中，所述A层的85°角表面光泽度介于0至20。本申请的反射膜的具有85°低表面光泽度和高反射率，与涂布型的反射膜相比，具有工艺简单，成本低，综合性能好的优点。
