Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of reflecting films, in particular to a reflecting film for a thin direct type liquid crystal display device and a preparation method of the reflecting film. The reflecting film comprises a layer B and a layer A, wherein the layer A and the layer B are of an ABA overlapping structure or a BA overlapping structure; and the surface gloss of the layer A at an angleof 85 degrees is between 0 and 20.
