Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention provides an LED display screen hot plug detection method and a related device. The method comprises the steps of detecting a hot plug signal, wherein the hot plug signal is used for indicating that a first lamp panel of the LED display screen is replaced with a second lamp panel, reading storage data in a memory of the second lamp panel according to the hot plug signal, and adjusting test parameters according to the stored data, wherein the test parameters are used for testing the second lamp panel. According to the method and the device provided by the invention, by detecting the hot plug signal of the LED display screen, the data in the built-in memory is automatically loaded after the LED module or the lamp panel of the LED display screen is replaced in an electrified manner, and the test parameters are automatically adjusted according to the loaded data when the LED module or the lamp panel is tested, so that the manual operation steps are saved, andthe working efficiency o
