Water-based cleaning agent for hot forging die

The invention discloses a water-based cleaning agent for a hot forging die, and relates to the field of industrial cleaning and rust prevention. The water-based cleaning agent comprises the followingcomponents in percentage by weight: 2%-3% of a surfactant OP-10, 0.4%-0.6% of a surfactant AOS, 0.5%-0.7% of a corrosion inhibitor LGZ, 0.2%-0.3% of a corrosion inhibitor L190, 0.5%-1% of sodium citrate, 1%-1.5% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.25%-0.75% of a defoaming agent S100 and the balance of water. By the adoption of the water-based cleaning agent, graphite residues and heavy oil on the surface ofthe hot forging die can be well removed, and meanwhile the corrosion inhibition performance of the surface of the cleaned die is improved.
