Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a picking-up and placing apparatus and method for manufacturing a cell stack of a secondary battery. When multiple suction nozzles are used to perform vacuum sucking and electrodes are transferred to a worktable, surfaces of the electrodes are pressed and supported against the upper surface of the worktable so as to greatly shorten time for the worktable to flatly unfold and vacuum the curled electrodes. The apparatus comprises a pick-up unit, which includes a pick-up seat, a pick-up head and multiple suction nozzles, the worktable, which is installed at the second process position, is equipped with a suction plate for vacuum suction and fixation of the electrodes transferred from the pick-up unit and an electrode pressing member installed on the lower side of the pick-up head of the pick-up unit.
