A nail pulling opening is formed in the middle of the front end ofthe body; a cutting edge is arranged at the position, not provided with the nail pulling opening, of the front end of the body; the nail pulling opening comprises an upper nail pulling groove, a stepsurface and a lower nail pulling groove which are arranged from top to bottom; and the cutting edge adopts a milling mode. The nail puller for fine machining provided by the invention has the advantages that: 1) after the end surface of the lower nail pulling groove 1 is processed by a 90-degree milling cutter or a 90-degree diamond grinding wheel, the thickness of the end surface is 0.2 mm, thenail pulling effect is good, the strength is high, and the surface is neat and fine; 2) after the bottom surface of the step surface 2 is milled or ground by the diamond grinding wheel, the thicknessis 2.5 mm, the strength is h
