Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an equivalent circuit microfluidic concentration gradient chip with simplified channels. The chip comprises at least two liquid inlets used for being connected with a connecting channel, a flow resistance channel, a mixing channel and an outlet channel, and is characterized in that the mixing channel adopts a novel mixing channel with a transverse elliptical bulge structureto replace a traditional linear mixing channel; therefore, the mixing effect superior to that of a traditional method can be achieved only by adopting the mixing length of one mixing period, and thewhole microfluidic concentration gradient chip structure is simplified.
