METHOD, SYSTEM AND ELECTRONIC COMPUTING DEVICE FOR CHECKING SENSOR DEVICES OF VEHICLES, IN PARTICULAR OF MOTOR VEHICLES

The invention relates to a method for checking sensor devices (10) of vehicles (12), comprising: acquiring, by means of a central processor device (16), first data items (18) which are made availableby a first of the vehicles (12), wherein the first data items (18) characterize at least one property (20) of a positionally fixed object (22), which is sensed by means of the sensor device (10) of the first vehicle (12), and a location (X), determined by means of the first vehicle (12), of the object (22), on the earth (step S2); acquiring second data items (24), made available by a second of thevehicles (12), by means of the processor device (16), wherein the second data items (24) characterize the at least one property (20) of the positionally fixed object (22) which is sensed by means ofthe sensor device (10) of the second vehicle (12) and a location (X), determined by means of the second vehicle (12), of the object (22) on the earth (step S2); and checking the sensor devices (10) inaccordance with the first d
