Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a column hardware (1) for liquid chromatography, one of the purposes of which is to prevent non-specific metal coordination adsorption of a solute in a sample and to prevent non-specificadsorption of an alkaline solute and non-specific hydrophobic adsorption of a highly hydrophobic solute while maintaining high pressure resistance using a metal column hardware column. As one embodiment for this purpose, a first film (41) having SiO2 as the main component is laminated on a metal mobile phase liquid contact part (3) of a column hardware (1) for liquid chromatography, and a second film (42) obtained by silanization of silanol groups on the surface of SiO2 is laminated on the surface (411) of the first film (41).
