On the basis of an existing TOPMODEL model, a potential evapotranspiration calculation mechanism integrating different data requirements is built and added, the problem that the existing TOPMODEL model seriously depends on evaporation pan observation data is solved, and compared with the existing TOPMODEL model, the improved model improves the applicability and inversion precision of flow data inversion in areas lack of data. The regional runoffand flood risk design method adopts the improved model for calculation.
