Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for accurately measuring a segment radius by using a three-coordinate measuring machine and belongs to a mechanical precision size detection technology. A part is stably placed on a three-coordinate workbench, a measuring needle of a measuring machine can measure a sphere, a coordinate system is established by using points collected on the sphere, the position ofthe sphere center is determined after repeated correction, then a plurality of points are collected on a segment, radius values of all points on the segment are calculated, and then the values are fitted to obtain the spherical segment radius value; and the radius size of the segment is calculated. The measuring method is used for measuring the radius smaller than 1/4 of the segment radius, the measuring precision and efficiency are very high, and the measuring method has wide application and prospects in the field of part detection.
