The present invention relates to an adhesive interlining and a method for manufacturing the adhesive interlining. The adhesive interlining (1) according to the present invention is provided with an adhesive resin part (5) that is solid at room temperature and has hot melt properties, the adhesive resin part (5) being provided in a dot shape on one main surface (3a) of a base cloth (3), and a temporary fixing resin part (7) that is provided in a dot shape on one main surface (3a) of the base cloth (3) and has adhesiveness at room temperature.
