Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a box-shaped part positioning, measuring and compensating integrated assembling method based on a characteristic hole. The method comprises the steps of: carrying out rapid initial positioning on a box-shaped part; carrying out assembly error identification based on digital measurement on the characteristic hole; and carrying out box-shaped part assembling error compensation. The invention further provides a special ring frame assembly assembling tool which consists of a base, an adjustable positioning assembly, a normal clamping assembly and an end face clamping assembly and is used for positioning and clamping of each box-shaped part in a ring frame assembly. The adjustable positioning assembly can slide in the normal direction of the box-shaped part, has a theoretical zero point position, and implements initial positioning of the box-shaped part; the characteristic hole of the box-shaped part is subjected to digital measurement through a laser tracker, and anassembly error of the bo |
