Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a light sensor circuit. The light sensor circuit comprises a photodiode and a voltage follower. By arranging the voltage follower, the influence of the junction capacitance ofthe photodiode can be greatly reduced, so that when the light sensor circuit is applied to an analog-to-digital conversion device which needs to be reset, the time required for resetting the integralmodule is not easily influenced by the photodiode; and the efficiency and the accuracy of the analog-to-digital conversion device can be effectively maintained. 本发明公开了一种光感测器电路,其包含一光电二极管及一电压随耦器。藉由设置电压随耦器能够大幅降低光电二极管的接面电容构成的影响,故当光感测器电路应用于需要重置操作的模拟数字转换装置时,重置积分模块所需的时间将不易受光电二极管影响,而能有效保持模拟数字转换装置的效能和准确度。
