According to the evaluation system and the evaluation method, a structural damage identification model is trained and established based on a deep learning method, the complex nonlinear problem of structural damage identification is processed by using the structural damage identification model, and the defects of introduction of multiple hypotheses, difficult line implementation and the like of a traditional numerical method are avoided. Meanwhile, the deep learning model combined with feature processing is high in generalization ability, comp
