The method comprises the steps that basic parameters including injection well parameters, oil layer geological parameters and production well parameters are obtained; and according to the basic parameters, the wellhead pressure of chemical flooding injection wells is obtained through a preset wellhead pressure model, and the wellhead pressure model is obtained according to the flowing pressure drop characteristics of non-Newtonian fluid in a stratum and an injection well casing.
