Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a butt joint method of a corrosion-resistant alloy prefabricated inner joint coating steel pipe. The butt joint method comprises the following steps of machining a U-shaped groove of corrosion-resistant alloy; fitting up a pipe orifice in a gapless mode, and protecting welding flux on the back of a weld joint; welding a location welding bead through solid wire-free fusion welding; welding a priming coat through solid wire-free fusion welding; welding a tungsten-argon arc bimetal transition layer; filling a weld layer through manual shielded metal arc welding; and performing manual shielded metal arc welding for a cover surface layer. According to the butt joint method, weld joint corrosion perforation due to electrochemical reaction is avoided, the service life of apipeline can be prolonged, and the construction and maintenance cost and the environmental risk are reduced. The butt joint method is further suitable for welding a stainless steel lining composite steel pipe.
