The invention discloses a no-needle transfusion valve body and a no-needle transfusion connector. The no-needle transfusion valve body is used for connecting a blood vessel remaining component with atransfusion device and is provided with a containing cavity which extends along a straight line; the no-needle transfusion valve body comprises a liquid feeding end and a liquid discharging end; in the containing cavity straight line extension direction from the liquid feeding end to the liquid discharging end, the internal diameter of the containing cavity is gradually increased; the liquid feeding end is provided with a liquid inlet which communicates with the containing cavity; the liquid inlet is used for communicating with the transfusion device; the liquid inlet is positioned on the peripheral surface of the liquid feeding end; the liquid discharging end is provided with a liquid outlet which communicates with the containing cavity; and the liquid outlet is used for communicating with the blood vessel remain
