Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for preparing a light porous sintering material from aluminum ash. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out graded grinding and crushing treatment onwaste aluminum ash to remove large-particle components such as metal aluminum and the like in the waste aluminum ash to obtain fine aluminum ash; (2) fully grinding a silicon source to prepare a finesilicon source material; (3) compounding the fine aluminum ash and the fine silicon source material according to a mass ratio of 1-4:1, and fully mixing; (4) adding the mixture into a mold, and carrying out pressure molding to prepare a dry blank; (5) putting the dry blank into a high-temperature furnace, and carrying out calcining treatment to obtain a sintered blank; and (6) cutting and shapingthe sintered blank to prepare a porous material product.
