The method comprises the steps that a tripped topmost-stage intelligent circuit breaker executes reclosing operation after the electrification time of an upper pile head is larger than a set threshold value Tx; the tripped next-stage intelligent circuit breaker executes reclosing operation after the electrification time of the upper pile head is greater than the set threshold value Tx; reclosing operation is repeatedly conducted until the tripped last-stage intelligent circuit breaker executes reclosing operation after the electrified time of the upper pile head of is greater than the set threshold value Tx; and if the intelligent circuit breakers having undergone reclosing do not generate post-acceleration protection tripping within a time threshold Ty, it is determined that no fault point exists at a downstream position, and a backup protection detection function is started; |
