The modular lighting lamp comprises a strip-shaped mounting frame, the section of the strip-shaped mounting frame is rectangular, first light outlets are formed in one side of the strip-shaped mounting frame at intervals, a mounting cavity is formed in the strip-shaped mounting frame in the length direction, and a plurality of lamp sets are arranged in the mounting cavity at intervals; an installation opening is formed in the side, away from the first light outlet, of the strip-shaped installation frame, the installation opening is detachably covered with a hanging plate, and hanging rods are arranged on the hanging plate at intervals.
