The water-absorbing composite silk fabric is prepared by the following steps: firstly, mixing modified polyethylene glycol with silk protein for reaction, then performing spinning and twisting to obtain modified silk fibers, then mixing spider silk protein liquid with glucan, performing spinning and twisting to obtain modified spider silk fibers, blending the prepared modified silk fibers with the modified spider silk fibers to obtain a water-absorbing composite silk fabric blank, mixing the water-absorbing composite silk fabric blank with a protease solution for reaction, performing high-temperature enzyme deactivation, adding a chitosan mixed solution to be stirred for reaction,and performing filtering and freeze drying to obtain the water-absorbing composite silk fabric.
