Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for treating zinc-containing dust through pre-reduction microwave sintering. The method comprises the following steps that 1) the zinc-containing dust and pulverizedcoal is proportioned, a flux is added into the proportioned materials, and the proportioned materials are mixed and pelletized to obtain internally-proportioned carbon pellets; 2) the internally-mixedcarbon pellets enter a microwave heating area (1) to be subjected to pre-reduction, and zinc in the internally-mixed carbon pellets is gasified in the pre-reduction process; 3) the pre-reduced and dezincified internally-mixed carbon pellets are fed into a roasting area (2)for roasting and crystallizing, and then are cooled through a slow cooling area (3) and a cooling area (4) to obtain a blast furnace raw material; and 4) CO2 generated in the roasting process in the step 3) passes through the microwave heating area (1), the CO2 reacts with C in the internally-mixed carbon pellets to generateCO, and the gasified zinc |
