ROBOT PERSONAL PROTECTION DEVICE

Provided is a simple configuration comprising: an AC voltage application device held by a worker who works in the surroundings of a robot; an electrode provided to the robot; and a measuring instrument having a ground electrode and measuring the voltage of the electrode, wherein if the robot and the worker come into close proximity and the voltage of the electrode increases, the measuring instrument sends a control signal to a control instrument of the robot in accordance with a value of the measured voltage, and the control instrument causes the robot to perform an operation for personal protection on the basis of the received control signal.
